Set it up once in Vercel: open project-0diw5, then Settings, then Environment Variables. Add AARI_PASSCODE (a long phrase only you know, at least 8 characters) and your keys: GROQ_API_KEY, GEMINI_API_KEY and GITHUB_TOKEN. Tick Production, mark each one Sensitive, save, then redeploy. Then enter the passcode here.
Free at aistudio.google.com/apikey. When Groq is busy, Aari switches to Gemini, and Gemini studies up to 16 photos at once. Google may use free-tier chats to improve its products, so keep confidential deal details off it.
Used for building, chat and research.
Aari searches the web by itself whenever a question needs it, checks the answer for gaps, and keeps searching until it is complete. This number is only a safety stop.
Brains
Your Groq key above is the main brain. Add brains from other free providers. When one reaches its limit, Aari switches to the next one by itself, and you can give an agent its own brain, for example a Gemini reviewer checking Groq's work. More keys from the same Groq account do not help, because Groq counts the limit per account.

GitHub
Connect your GitHub so Aari can list your repositories, read code and create, change or delete files. Every change waits for you to tap Approve.
Create one at github.com/settings/personal-access-tokens/new: choose "Fine-grained", pick All repositories or the ones you want, and under Repository permissions set Contents to "Read and write". Add Administration "Read and write" only if Aari should create new repositories. Paste it here. It stays on this phone.
Voice and sound
Natural voices come from Groq and speak English. The phone voice works without internet.
Used when Aari turns your voice, voice notes and video sound into text.
Your AI team
Agents are specialists Aari hands work to. Switch on Team and Aari plans the project, gives each agent a task, has the Reviewer check the work, and delivers the result. Start a message with @Name to talk to one agent. Ask Aari to "create an agent that…" to add one. Agents share your brains and their free allowance; tap Edit to give an agent a brain of its own.
Lessons
One-line lessons Aari saved after fixing its own mistakes. Build lessons go into future builds; checker lessons go into future result checks. Delete any that look wrong. Up to 50 are kept, oldest removed first.
Skills
A skill is a set of instructions Aari follows for a kind of job. Add them from GitHub (for example the free ones at github.com/anthropics/skills) or write your own. Switch a skill on to use it always, or type /skill-name in a message to use it once. Aari follows a skill's instructions; it cannot run scripts that come with it.
Connections (MCP)
Connections give Aari outside tools while it works. Only switch on servers you trust: a connected server can see the conversation.

About Aari
The backup includes your projects and settings, but not your keys, tokens or vault session.
Saves the same backup as above into a file called aari-backup.json in a private repository, with a full history of every backup. Your keys are never included.
